Lead Architectural Designer

A state-wide dental care center was looking to open a new location by renovating an existing, closed retail store. A full demolition of the existing interior space was required to build the necessary infrastructure for the dental office to serve the community.

This project utilized programming & finish requirements from the client to ensure a consistent look & layout at all their locations. All previously selected finishes are warm, inviting, & maintained a price-point within the client's state & federal grant funding.

The flow of the office was critical to ensure proper adjacencies of hygiene & treatment rooms to supporting spaces. All millwork specifications were adjusted to fit the building's footprint & reviewed in detail with the facility team to maintain full functionality across the space.
