Assistant Interior Designer

A yacht club was looking to replace their aging club building with a brand new building over the water along Lake Michigan. The building was to provide numerous services to their club members, including a full-service restaurant, bar, & indoor/outdoor seating opportunities.​

The interior of the project was a collaboration between the design team & the client's design-focused members. Nautical themes combined with memorabilia from the club led the overall design, emphasizing clean trim-work & intricate tiling.

Rich wood tones were balanced by neutrals & blues. Mosaic tiles were heavily used for detailed floor patterns & branding. Furniture & decor were installed from the client's archives to bring the space to life.
